- Ten minutes a month. You set a focus for each of the eight areas at the start of the month, and reflect on the previous month with a star rating and three short prompts per area.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Subscriptions are month to month, cancel in one click from settings. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- How do I get the 50% non-profit, student or educator discount?

- Is my reflection private?
- Yes. Everything you write is yours alone. Your entries are tied to your account and only visible to you when you're signed in — we don't sell your data, we don't share it with advertisers, and we never use it to train AI models. On the Grande and Venti plans, coaching calls only cover what you choose to bring to them.
- How is my data kept secure?
- All traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS, and your data is stored encrypted at rest on managed cloud infrastructure with row-level database rules so no other account can read your entries. Payments are handled entirely by Paddle — we never see or store your card details. You can export a PDF of any review or delete your account and data whenever you want.
- What payment methods can I use?
- Cards, and in India also UPI and net banking. Prices in India are billed in rupees.
