Privacy Notice
Last updated 29 July 2026
Rejuv Potion is operated by Sayali Doshi, who is the data controller for the personal data described here. This notice explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and what rights you have. Questions or requests: support@rejuvpotion.app.
What we collect and why
- Account data — email address, display name and login credentials, or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google. Used to create and secure your account. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
- Your review content — monthly and annual review answers, ratings, goals and notes. Used solely to provide the service: your dashboard, your PDFs and your reminders. Legal basis: performance of our contract.
- Reminder preferences — timezone, reminder days and send hours. Used to send the emails you asked for. Legal basis: performance of our contract.
- Subscription records — your plan, status and billing period, along with the customer and subscription identifiers issued by Paddle. Used to give you access to the features you paid for. Legal basis: performance of our contract. We never see or store your card details.
- Technical and usage data — IP address, device and browser information, and error logs. Used for security, fraud prevention and fixing problems. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure, working service.
- Support messages — anything you send us by email. Used to answer you. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Who we share it with
- Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record, for the sale of subscriptions, payment processing, subscription management, invoicing and tax compliance. Paddle collects your payment and billing information directly under its own privacy notice.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — who host the application, the database in which your reviews are stored and the generated PDF files.
- Email delivery providers — to send your account, reminder and billing emails.
- Professional advisers — legal and accounting, where necessary.
- Authorities — where we are required to disclose by law.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your review content with advertisers.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the EEA, the UK, India and the United States. Where data leaves the UK or EEA we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and review data for as long as your account is active, and for up to 30 days after you delete your account so you can change your mind or request an export. Billing and tax records are kept for as long as the law requires. Generated review PDFs are stored with time-limited download links and removed when no longer needed. After these periods, data is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent where we relied on it. If you are in the UK or EEA you also have the right to complain to your supervisory authority. Email support@rejuvpotion.app and we will respond within one month.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — encryption in transit, encrypted storage, row-level access controls so one account cannot read another's data, and restricted administrative access.
Cookies
We use essential cookies and browser storage only — to keep you signed in and to make checkout work. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings, though doing so will sign you out.
