Rejuv Potion is operated by Sayali Doshi ("we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use Rejuv Potion, you agree to these terms and enter into an agreement with Sayali Doshi. If you are using Rejuv Potion on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

What Rejuv Potion is

Rejuv Potion is a subscription web application for personal monthly and annual reviews. It lets you set intentions across eight areas of life, rate and reflect on each month, track goals, receive reminder emails and download PDF copies of your reviews. Higher plans include human coaching sessions as described on the pricing page.

Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account.
• One account is for one person; accounts may not be shared or resold.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• Use Rejuv Potion for anything unlawful, fraudulent or abusive, including spam.
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Interfere with security — no malware, probing, penetration testing, scraping or automated bulk access without written permission.
• Reverse engineer, resell, redistribute or circumvent technical limits of the service.

Your content

Your review answers, goals and notes remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you — for example to render your dashboard, generate your PDFs and send your reminder emails. We do not sell your review content, and we do not use it for advertising.

Our intellectual property

We retain ownership of Rejuv Potion itself — the software, the review structure and question sets, the documentation and the branding. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you selected.

Payments, subscriptions and cancellation

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Paid plans begin with a 7-day free trial; a payment method is required to start the trial and the first charge is taken when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Prices are shown inclusive or exclusive of tax depending on your location, with sales tax, VAT and GST calculated and remitted by Paddle. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan & billing, which opens Paddle's billing portal; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Full payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms, and our own refund window of 14 days is described in our refund policy.

Service availability

We work to keep Rejuv Potion available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Maintenance, third-party outages and factors outside our reasonable control can affect availability. Reminder emails are sent on a best-effort basis and should not be relied on as your only reminder system.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. When your account ends you can request an export of your review data by emailing support@rejuvpotion.app within 30 days, after which the data may be deleted.

Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Rejuv Potion is a personal reflection and productivity tool; it is not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we exclude indirect, consequential or special damages including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where that exclusion is not permitted by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service or your breach of these terms.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in the app. Continued use after a change means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over disputes. Questions: support@rejuvpotion.app.
